Approximately once a month we will endeavour to hold information mornings at the Centre.
These are often run by experts in their field who speak about various women’s health issues.
Please watch our notice boards.
Please phone us for referrals to one of our Orana psychologists.
Social Inclusion Groups
We offer free, fun activities including knitting for Wrap with Love (Tuesdays, 10am-noon at the Centre) and Thursdays (10am-noon) at Tradies Caringbah.
On the last Wednesday of every second month at 1pm there is Book Club, and every Wednesday from 10.30-noon there is IT for Dummies (BYO device).
Our foodi group meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 1pm for people who love talking about all things food.
