12.05-1.05pm Mondays – Tai Chi for Beginners occurs every Monday at 12.05pm.
Focusing on movement to bring a state of mental calm and clarity. A form of gentle exercise which brings health benefits and stress management.
Enrolment: Monday and Wednesday 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. During NSW school terms.
Annual Insurance Fee: $15, payable at enrolment and every third term after that.
Course Fees:
- First course: $50 per term
- Each additional course: $22 per term
- Some classes may have extra material costs—ask the tutor when enrolling.
